I for one would prefer it being trumpeted as it gives me the confidence that CNQ's management are transparent which in turn allows me to make an informed decision about my holdings and the timing for purchasing more.
Of course they mention 'funding options' but you would have to think that one of these options would be talking to potential customers in Japan and China about a strategic partnership, who knows. I think they will come back with some good news from that trip. Remember, the board members are going overseas for the talks and tours this month.
I am enjoying the ride even if it does have a red speed bump along the way. At least now I am more confident of my destination and will put some more fuel in the tank to get there.
