wait until they finish the appraisal drilling and then we will see if it is a separate field or not. The pressure reading was the same as LD-1 and from memory both intersected the Kingia at around same depth. I still have my doubts about what really happened at LKR2.
The 2.5TCF gas field is worth around 5-6B in ground.
I reckon there will end up being around 300MM bbl of oil. Thats another $10B in ground.
Then theres still Lead E...which is even more alive now.
Picking up 20% of all that for 400M worth of scrip...is quite a hustle.
The scene was set last June when they switched from NED-1 to LKR2 as first cab off the rank and peddled the exploration well narrative.
