There have been more than a dozen announcements in the past 12 months regarding drill results and/or exploration activities and ALL were classed as price sensitive. Seems highly coincidental that the first such announcement after the merger proposal is not considered to be worthy of such classification. I really hope that all future communication from the company isn’t aimed at unfairly influencing voting decisions on the merger.
