    Im surprised that the ARDOB's haven't moved. Lots can happen between now and October. We have had so many false starts with the silver price that perhaps people don't believe the silver price run is sustainable. Silver price wise, it can hit $18 USD and start falling again to a higher support level, but is actually looking very bullish chartwise. In this case, the early bird does more waiting but more of the gains like a lot of things in life.
