Im sure the assay results will come in due course, the amount of delayed results i have seen in my life from companies big and small mean that I keep company timelines such as this as guidelines only, you must have had a charmed life to only encounter business's that report ontime everytime.

IMO the ATO is a delay tactic.

We have not been told what cash Indiana has that is not subject to litigation/negotiations by the other Claimants.

Anyway a Return of Capital is not the most
efficient way to go. IT IS FOR ......, THUS THE ONE TRICK PONY WILL GO WITH IT.
