Lets stress the point that I didn't say NOW .....or even next week. Even my end of May price target projections suggested 22 cents in 4 - 5 months based largely around Aurthier BAPE news. Now whether we get this news sooner than later is the $ Billion Dollar question at the present moment.
So don't get to excited over the 22 cent just yet ....because there is more in that analysis that will get you even more excited. Like what's below at the bottom of this post........
And for those who are having trouble following the numbers .....
Basically what the thesis suggests is that we can and should after examining some of the similarities of construction and acquisition Costs. express these comparisons between TWO lithium hard rock companies as a converted Market Cap price per tonne of total lithium resources .
And I believe in doing so , this calculation has arrived at a very conservative figure given that it recognizes the simple fact that Pilbara is currently in a position to ' Double ' its production capacity almost immediately from its acquisition of Altura , and that this doubling ' advantage ' has been expressed by the increase in factoring of the Tonnage ' Divisor ' figure as shown by the factor or multiple of 2.
Meaning that even though we know that the combined production capacity of NAL + Authier would at least be that of what Pilbara is currently producing at present , that due the estimated timeline to at least match this output , we are saying that we will discount the Sayona estimated Market Capitalization by another 100% - ie from a tonnage divisor factor of 2.347 to above expressed divisor of 4.694. So effectively HALVING Sayona's projected Market Cap.
So in other words just on its ( Sayona's ) currently defined spodumene resources EXCLUDING its entire Pilbara gold and lithium potential as well as excluding the unkown Tansim resource or any further increase in Authier reserves that once producing spod and ' catch-up ' , we could be enjoying an MC of more like A$2.470 billion as against the above A$1,236 billion.
And this then fits in nicely with of course the 35 - 50 cent SP range for I.Q and Quebec to just get back ALL their original capital based on only their leverage to their 20 million $1 dollar preferred stock.
And if Quebec and I.Q aren't making any money from this .....what would be the point of these Nationalistic Investments......and much in the same manner - what would be the point of Australian Super's investment in Pilbara if it weren't to make great returns for it's individual stakeholders and FAT salaries for its Actuarial Analyst's ' Bums on Seats '.......
