Can't find anything as I don't think there has been any reporting on the pegmatite mineralogy here at Horse Rocks. Mt Belches were looking in the tenements to the SW but only sampled 2 of the numerous pegmatites within the region with both being unprospective for lithium. Horse Rocks in the NE.
The Kununalling shear zone runs straight down the guts of the tenement which when overlain with the mapped pegmatites shows some relationship in the south. The Karramindie shear zone in the host greenstones is what allowed the Mount Marion pegmatites to intrude into the greenstone. Maybe the Kununalling shear is doing something similar here. The syncline might also offer some structural deformities where the pegmatites could intrude.
