There is little confidence in this, every new project appears to be trying to hitch a ride on a fad. Why won’t they commit to completing the work with West Musgrave rather than gallivanting with side shows that deliver nothing but wasted time and money.
If WM is uneconomical, then they should shut it down and move on rather than dragging SHs through nonsense that does not deliver longer term value.
