hey T2T, please don't mistake my frequent lurking on this board as me being an authority on this co, am merely a patient punter. my take on the recent 3Y notices relating to Stephen Layton are that they are both purchases, not freebies. One was on-market 5.5m shares at .006, and the other, was via director participation in the recent placement ( 10m @ .01 with the attached 5m options @ .015 ex 2024). The motives of his or other directors' purchases are not worth me worrying about, though the fact that they are buying and not selling is reassuring to me. Definitely open to any thoughts if you feel there is anything more sinister going on.
