my interpretation is that he participated in the $3.5M April placement, so yes, purchased $100k (10M shares @ .01) and as per conditions, those shares came with 1:2 free options. It says that director participation in the placement was subject to shareholder approval, the "results from meeting" ann in my view is just approval for him to purchase/participate, and not granting of shares for nothing.. what are others' take on it? maybe im the only holder left?... : (
