I was surprised that Precision owning an early stake in Spartan wasn't enough to clinch Develop as the Drive contractor. Beament separately mentioned the tough decision to turn down a former colleague's project, in an interview, as an example of how concentrated they kept their focus. Lawson has Barminco as next best option. They do all know each other well.
