SL mentions that they have put ventilation down one of the 2 'exploration declines', so they don't have to put a shaft up, so that does indeed make me wonder what the other access point is if not for ventilation (looks to me like they have U/G drill platforms attached, to enable them to drill out the top of what could be extension of Pepper?)
SL also qualifies that the 1mtpa minimum is based on what he showing to day.... another decline could logically.... up the number by 50% (which would make sense if say.... West Winds proves itself when they start drilling it).
As always... all speculation on my part!
