I read it as a decline development cost of around $7800 ($18.3M / 2350) a linear meter , which would be a bit less than what I hear is the going rate currently for a 5.5 * 5 meter drive per meter (maybe because the rock is competent enough that there is little bolting needed ?) .
Interesting no mention of needing to do a raise bore for ventilation guess they will use the parallel second egress decline for ventilation/egress will it be smaller in diameter ?
Drilling costs I am guessing are between $180 a meter for RC to $400 a meter for DD but this announcement is not about UG drilling its about drive/decline development
