Like I've mentioned previously, I have been directly associated with pond lining process and contractors. It's not onerous and contractors generally want to get in, get out and onto the next one.
We continually here about the challenges with this particular one, love to know, what they really are.

I agree with you that there is something definitely not right here.
These dog ate my homework delays have to be intentional for some ulterior motive that they do not want to share with us.
