I think if we go back 3 months, PW genuinely thought more would be done. I think they anticipated having the entire 450m drilled, and the drills just winding up at Mt Cobalt too... may have expected to have the initial assays back as well. the driller also notified us very late that they were delayed on another job... this set things back a few weeks.

I also assume that they expected to have the TSF completed a week or so ago leaving last week and this week to drop the liner in.... tough one too call 3 months out, but on the face of it seems they've fallen short by days and now will crack on in the new year.

So while i take your point, seems like it was just a series of unfortunate events that means that the exciting qtr will turn into an absolutely insane january.
