Asx rules are extremely strict -
I don’t think the company will be permitted to , at all - to quote believed profits to be perhaps expected , feasibility figures overall .. without a JORC. Can only quote on proven , known factual resources - drilling and resource definition to modern updated standards.
It’s a difficult- “chicken and egg situation “ usually .
Cannot state numbers - without a legal JORC. Can gradually get PFS , DFS , JORC complete., .. once the Company is into production , and making money . Fund all .
Regular forms of Finance for - you however require a JORC / Feasibility studies .
Ties the hands of CEOs from being able to promote their resources and company projects though underway.
They are not able to quote assurances - or to ‘‘Spruik’ . Very strict rules and asx obligations .
Meantime any adverse occurrences , changes to plans due to any new event , anything that happens that can cause a material variation to previous announcements - must immediately be told and released to the market .
