 Am I right to assume that the company has access to water to fill the dam.
If we new the depth of the dam we could calculate how long it will take to fill.

So if the photo shows a weeks work [maybe less] then you might calculate that, between laying the rest of the liner and then welding the sections together, might be 2-6 weeks.
Then once completed a WAE report can be submitted to the RWMO and the filling of the dam can commence at no more than 0.3 metres depth per day .Looking at the photo and the 2 fellows on the back wall the dam could be up to 10 metres deep. 4-5 weeks
Then once the dam is filled application for a final inspection can be submitted which could take 2 weeks.

So all up we could be looking at 2-3 months before the TSF is ready for use.
