Not to sure about that ..but the existing infrastructure,,electricity supply, water, workshops, crib huts ,,general infrastructure present its a huge gift..might have to do a bit of fine tuning or additions whole new plant maybe.....IF we fluke a rare earth resource....
Rare Earths....could.we be so lucky.......??
Would be the mother of all moonshots for LOT if they find a resource ...
