As a company CEO - if you were wanting to raise money - would you do it before or after drill results for Cobalt, Nickel, Copper and Lithium come in?
I reckon if the Chalice drill results come in positive and the results of the GXY survey for drill targets also come back positive - that's when they will raise.
Unless they run too low beforehand.
TKL may not have enough funds to wait till the GXY drill results come back - but if they do and those results are similar to what GXY are currently mining 1 km to the SW then the raise will be at levels above 20 cents IMHO.
