I'm glad there's a lot going on, but it comes at a cost, and cash is low. A JV will come, but its not around the corner given current uncertainities, bond yields etc. They will raise the bare minimum without using Regal , my sources are telling me Regal has significantly wound back it's exposure to micro caps, this probably explains the huge dump they did here, nothing HIO specific, just we were the last cab off the rank before Regal retreated from the space.
