So, re-reading the capex announcement, then stage two for eastern horizon being 9 holes is actually stage 1 (8 holes) plus stage 2 which is actually one hole. And thus, the western horizon stage 1 is 4 holes and stage 2 will be an additional 5 holes to make a total of 9 holes. Is that how you interpret it? If the case, the actual May release is a bit ambiguous as it looks to indicate 30 holes but I see your point that the stage 2 diagram also includes tthe stage 1 holes and there are 18 holes.
