Seems like Regal selling accelerates on month end for their micro cap redemptions, but outside of that they dribble a few million shares out here and there when liquidity allows (they are really not price senstive at all) . They aren't going to stop this rally.
Yesterday we confirmed an inflection in the newsflow to strongly positive, and we broke 4.0/4.2 major tend channel resistance on huge volume. So a lot to like. My favourite set up when all stars align.
