@Sahdev - HIO has no debt. See image below taken from the quarterly report.
HIO also has no debt facilities other than the $42M Put Option refers to the LDA Captial arrangement. In practical terms, this arrangement would be unlikely to provide $42M and management are even less likely to draw on that again (having preferred a capital raise with Regal over drawing on the LDA agreement a second time). HIO has met all of its obligations in respect to the LDA agreement (other than issuing options at the end of this year, but no further cash payments).
