The price is looking to be less than 10c if decisions on company direction continue to have negative outcomes for shareholders and for future company prospects in the eyes of shareholders based on the information disclosed public by VMC management. This includes share dilution, unbalanced offtake and profit sharing agreements (in our eyes at least) or anything which does not attempt to provide for future benefit to shareholders.
We value the raw assets, but see negative value factors on that asset when considering management and their use of corporate funds and future income potential.
We were holders, we sold over the sale of a considerable income value erosion on the giving away of the Youanmi Mine gold entitlements to its' neighbors for minimal funds. We now sit and wait for the night to end.
