exploration costs money..................not much monies coming in but looking at spending a bit
could this ann be seen as an attempt to stop dwindling sp from 2.2 .........BUT..........it backfired and never stpped the rot.
no info on direction/strategies employed by BOD does not help
I really have no idea and just a scientific will ass guess at best
