gonesurfing - they did a placement as well as a rights issue mate. couldn't get much fairer than a rights issue. in fact the rightsy had a free oppie (unlike the placement) so the URA Board was looking after its shareholders - not their mates like you seem to think. i take it you didn;t take yours up and didn;t get a free leg up like the rest of us on this thread.. haha you'd be kicking yourself
