You can't really compare this to CTP, as CTP don't have drill holes to go by.... Mainly CTP have dusters looking for Hydrocarbons. LBY are looking for Coal and have Coal in previous drill holes.

There are obviously have to prove up a few things yet, like is the coal gassy etc...

But these guys have a low market cap, cash in the bank, are in elephant country, and historic drilling on their side. Ticking a lot of boxes.

On top of this, the chart shows a breakout on massive volume. I think you would have to ask yourself why you wouldn't be on this one... Looks like a very good long term hold.
