If anyone needs a crash course in the requirements for a successful project I'd recommend giving this video a watch as well as a few in the wider series. These give you a good overview of the requirements for a play that will get up. I'm perhaps somewhat lucky to have a bit of a head start in this area having commissioned and run CSG assets for the best part of this decade. Permeability remains the unknown to me and it's crucial to the success of EXR but they appear to have the rest of the boxes ticked so far. Bring on the drill
