announcement indicates that they looking at keeping some SAR shares (i.e. investment) and looking to buy a new project. I reckon they will sell $4.5 mil worth of shares and keep $4 mil. Still, at 3 cents, the EV = -2 million. but the exposure to SAR could keep this one down if gold stays depressed. so depends. they still months away from buying something good IMO. Will be a slow burner but the early bird gets the worm.
