I tell you the other thing I am most encouraged by.
Martin Place Securities are the ones that originally set up PXA.
they are still spruiking CTP, they like the prospects and to my mind they think the deal with go ahead.
and as they set up PXA and enterred the joint venture in the first place they also know the details of the "Joint Operation Agreement" and therefore know the details of the arbitration process, what form, by whom. So they should be in as good a position to know weather to hold or dump as anyone.
