    I’m hoping the acquisition of Badimo will be announced soon. Remember they had signed off on this but missed some ASX deadline by a day or so and it had to be done again…
    Part of the acquisition was them withholding an amount of shares, from Badimo, so that they could sell these to (I assume) a sophisticated investor.
    So, hopefully 2 announcements:
    1. Acquisition.
    2. Placement of shares with soph.
