check out MST research report. It indicates that both PRC & Shareholder approvals (for Phases 2 & 3) will br sought folliwing expected finalisation of Sale & Purchase and Joint Venture agreements between XAM and Zijin during Q3 CY2022.
PRC doesn’t seem to trigger shareholder approval and vice vrrsa.
Given we are closing in on end of Q3 those agreements should be finalised very soon one would think.
SOunds like the approvals procesd doesn’t commence untill there are agreements to actually approve
