I think you will find cashed up majors have already run the ruler over this and have decided it is not viable otherwise it would have been sold long ago.
They couldn't get anyone when gold was A$1,000 oz and still can't at $3000 oz so there must be something significant stopping prospective partners / buyers IMHO.
