The situation has changed since 2016, both in copper price and thematic. BHP has numerous public interviews discussing their recent pivot towards copper.
Since that time AW1 has found better methods of exploration and has already achieved what BHP did not.
I'm not sure what you're getting at, we're all pretty aware of the fact the past did not work out and we are all here because we believe the future will be better.
