    So doing a rough calculation, 110MT - 220MT @ 635ppm to 832ppm TREO, equates to about 635t to 832t per 1 MT.

At 25% valuable magnetic rare earths that's 158.75t to 208t per 1 MT of Nd-Pr-Dy-Tb, I can't seem to find the other prices but Neodymium which is currently 970,000 CNY per T or just over 143,000 USD/t. (If anybody knows where to track the other 3 that will be great to know)

If we were to work a calculation of Nd assuming the others similarly priced. It works out to be $22.7 m USD/MT - $29.74m USD/MT, so that ranges from nearly $2.5 billion- over $6.5 billion approx. depending on where they hit in that target, and that's those 4 valuable REEs alone. And that's not including the AI2O3 (Aluminium Oxide), Kaolin, or other 75% of other REEs. The 2021 Kaolin average price was $160 USD/t.

In saying that not sure how much it would cost roughly to mine 110MT to 220MT (maybe SF2TH will know), but do know clay is a lot cheaper, but seems to be a lot of value in ground at Caralue Bluff
