So what are you accusing one member of the board of? Don't be shy. Is it fraud? Price manipulation? Sour grapes or just plain stupidity. This company has done nothing that ALL the other ASX listed companies do when brokers arrange financing. The real crooks are the brokers, but you seem lost in the woods with the trees. Should have left a trail of crumbs.
