Investor, I don't understand your question, I do not believe anyone has been accumulating stock, so therefore I don't expect to see any substantial holder notices.
What I said was "When the market changes or we find a big buyer these momentum buyers will work in our favour"
PS how can a potential off take player- influence our price.
The market is tough and buyers are scarce and far between--that is what causing the fall in price , but that will change.
Great buying at these prices-- time will tell
