I love the way people are willing to give the stock away at 1/5th of a cent. Its worth a multiple of that price on one asset. Reading the announcement tells me management knows what they are sitting on. The ASX dont let companies jump early on making unfounded observations. A blind dude can see that their iron ore exploration target is many times what they need for a working mine. AMD have done enough holes to know what they have and the mett work is also done. Iron ore isn't rocket science. It's not gold, nickel or lithium. They stated they had a go plan to mine if they established 50mt @57%FE. Their base target is nearly 3x that using the cheapest water process to upgrade the ore to 61-64%. This was based on 15% of the lease only with open targets everywhere. This is a low capex bulk play if ever there was one. What is the point of spending big money on finding billions more tons when it looks like they already have enough resource areas to build a multi-year mine? The quickest way to do this is infill drill and find a development partner this year.
AMD has two major walk-up bulk commodity plays on the pad and the company is capped at sub $30m with a gun team running the show. Whats to stop him doing more deals using the same formula? Both commodities are within trucking distance, both look like multi-decade mines and both end up in China. I think patience may pay off here this year. When he pulls in a partner to fund this, then the stock will rampage. It needs that extra piece of the puzzle for the market to wake up. Flanno knows how do to this. He points it out with his track record, yesterday's interview, deal flow, and announcements.
The risk is to the upside now imo.
