An uneducated guess but I don’t think the story was talking about SQM.
When St ckhead has discussed SQM before they referred to them as a Lithium Producer (or similar). In this story they refer to a “South American investment group”
Also the story mentions they would like to sit down and have a discussion with AZS. SQM are already at the table deep In discussion
