It could be easy to agree with you. But also consider how many of us lay people bought here early on due to the confidence we got from that deal? I know I wouldn't be a holder had it not been for them coming on board. Yes, we can argue the terms should have been far less favourable for SQM but we need to look at both sides of the coin.
