SQM’s $20m was critical in giving us the ability to embark on such an aggressive maiden Lithium drilling program which fortunately for all involved came up trumps. Could have easily been a waste of time and resources so there was also a level of risk for SQM’s investment at the time.
We wouldn’t be sitting at a circa $1b market cap without them and it’s great to have such an experienced Lithium focused partner with deep pockets on board IMO.
