Another way to look at it though, is that the company is paying CEO over the odds so that effectively it is handing over more and more control (ownership) to CEO. Unfortunately, on the surface it appears extremely unfair to shareholders.
Show me a reputable company analyst report that paints the picture in a different and more positive light. I wish that K. Dart was working fairly for all shareholders, I hope he is,I really do, but show me the evidence! I'm sure that would help put a mini booster rocket underneath the share price too.
Perhaps CHF could purchase Metal Storm (MST), lock, stock and barrel. Now that would be a fascinating investment, and it would have the potential to change CEO into an Australian Super Hero by transforming it into a massive going concern. That's the kind of gold mine I would like to own. What a great challenge and opportunity, should he choose to accept...
