Apple are looking for Cobalt and seemingly wanting to undertake a similar arrangement to SKI perhaps ?

VIC management it seems understand the importance of determining quickly what resource they actually have as it is a cobalt hungry market.

The DRC is a basket case; greed and corruption prevail, along with the issue of using children to mine the stuff, acceptable to the Chinese it would seem, but not to the rest of the world.

With 100% of Sconi production looking like it's tied up for the first few years are VIC can hopefully bring another source of conscience free cobalt on line. If VIC has a lot of cobalt this could in fact be a better investment than AUZ because there are so many less shares on issue. Options that will require striking in 2020 will provide future cash flow. I think that VIC is getting close to having it's re-rate.

DYOR as this is still a highly speculative risky investment, but there is an opportunity here never the less, "AUZ ground level type opportunity".
