I am still very confident the new inv play will be announced before end of September If those pack buys are not pulled before open its on. If they are pulled its just the sophs trying to load the buy side to sell into it.
Logic tells me its too soon for the former.
And my hatred for the last CR (though the best move) tells me they are being a pack of decks.
See what happens.
