I pointed this out on the morning of the ann and everyone thought iwas reading into it too much.

Either something is in the works or they are securing business operations funding for the next 5 years.....
Everytime i was iverseeing jv's the best time to ann new exploration is on the back of announcing a successful one. It gets free media for future funding and we would see a 5c test. No ramp, no bs. Happens every day.
There is no other explaination for such funding and retention of capital on hand.
