There was an intrusive buyer obstructing at 0.016 together with other buyers acting in support of. Once that buyer pulled out, then the support of 0.016 was also pulled as they could lower the buys into the 0.015 regime.
Simple maths, it's not going to stay like this always, it's just a means to accumulate more lower if there is supply. Once the announcement is sniffed then positioning will resume and this SP can go higher than what some may expect.
