OM1 Raised 2.25 million at 20.5 cents last year 1st May 23 to use on exploration in the “spodumene suite” to which the directors were also going to participate in subject to shareholder approval. Directors then cancel their participation 29th August 23 with a share price underwater at 14.5 cents and then tanking to 9.6c on the 6th September 23. Om1 then chase a failed Dixie gold Acquisition and spend just under 700k of shareholder money on expensed items to Dixie. 3.8m in cash held around July last year to 592k as of this years annual report.
