Nothing ever good comes from consolidation, it's like an extreme form of inflation and should be avoided at all costs. I hope if they do a cash raise it doesn't involve retail and is carried out at a significant premium. Wishful thinking I know but everyone's had more than enough chance to load up while it's undervalued.

Agree consolidation for penny stocks are a waste of time.

an example Is ELT, I have nfi why the board did it only to have the MC slowly decline!
there is no liquidity in the stock at the moment.
