Interesting question. Most of the other acquisitions are not belt scale like the LDM, it's huge. Compare that to say MLS's tiny tenements or most of the other acquisitions, which are smaller packages scattered. eg FRS's 50% of multiple groups scattered (mostly in a similar area but Python is up very north). The closest similar size I think is Rio, with their multiple JV's (Midland and Azimut) south of Corvette, and LLI's Trieste package (remember this is the package on Blue that they recently ann they found what they believe to be spod on).
It may just come down to cash. There is definitely a benefit, should OM1 find spod, to having everything close and also near existing infrastructure to piggy back off. We'll see.
