I don't know if you are in Chalice Mining (the company that set up Falcon a little while back) but T.G. is, and has been, most prominent there. Chalice had a capital raise in May 2023 @ $7.30 per share. It was a "private placement to a select group of major, long only institutional investors & significant existing shareholders". Chalice is currently bouncing around the $1.20 - $1,30 mark. Maybe one or two of those taking up the offer at $7.30 have long memories.
